What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who can bring in clients specific to our niche—fast-growing tech product companies and IT services companies in the USA and Australia.

Market Expertise: Proven experience in selling IT services, specifically staff augmentation or custom software development, targeting the USA and Australia markets.

Network: Strong connections with CTOs, product managers, recruitment heads, or decision-makers in tech companies who can benefit from remote developers or end-to-end development services.

Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in closing deals for staff augmentation or building teams for software development projects.

Service Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT staffing, including developer vetting processes, time zone management, and cultural alignment.

Strategic Selling: Experience in long-cycle B2B sales, from lead generation to finalizing agreements, ensuring clear communication on deliverables and outcomes.
