Landscape Realty is a 11 years young real estate advisory firm located in Bengaluru South, dedicated to helping families find their dream homes within their budget and preferred locality in Kolkata, Bengaluru, & Chennai. We offer end-to-end solutions including property consultation, property searching, legal and financial assistance, negotiation, and seamless deal closure. Our services cover Residential Sales, Residential Re-Sales, and Home Loans.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Landscape Realty in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development through communicating with the client, engaging the clients during guided site visits, fostering client relationships to drive sales and growth for the company.
Salary will be offered as per the market standards. Oppotunity to earn lucrative incentives also.
Hands on support will be provided in terms of training, lead flow and customer handling assistance at site.
Qualifications
- New Business Development through communicating with the client, engaging the clients during guided site visits, fostering client relationships to drive sales and growth for the company.
- Strong business communication abilities.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
