We enable brands to build custom vertical marketplaces and manage brand collaborations, simplifying product management, order fulfillment, and multi-seller operations.With seamless integrations across Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento, Shipturtle is the go-to SaaS platform for building and scaling modern eCommerce ecosystems.Job Summary/Objective:We are seeking a strategic and data-driven SaaS Sales & Marketing Head to lead Shipturtle's next phase of growth. This leader will own the entire revenue engine — from demand generation and acquisition to retention, upsell, and enterprise expansion.The ideal candidate combines strong SaaS GTM expertise, global customer understanding, and proven team leadership to scale a high-performance sales and marketing organization. You'll work closely with the founders and product team to align market strategy, revenue goals, and product evolution.Responsibilities:- Own and optimize the complete SaaS sales funnel — from lead generation and nurturing to conversion, expansion, and retention.- Design and execute go-to-market strategies across startups, mid-market, and enterprise segments.- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies in collaboration with Customer Success and Product teams.- Build and lead a team of 10+ professionals across sales, digital marketing, and partner channels.- Identify and develop new customer segments, verticals, and partner opportunities for global growth.- Define, monitor, and improve key SaaS metrics — ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR, and churn.- Translate customer insights into actionable product feedback to influence feature prioritization and roadmap decisions.- Oversee brand development, digital marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.- Create and present data-driven revenue dashboards and performance reports for leadership.- Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in eCommerce or B2B SaaS.- Proven record of scaling revenue and managing global customer acquisition.- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams of 10+ people.- Strong understanding of SaaS sales funnels, demand generation, and performance marketing.- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Experience working closely with product and customer success teams to drive growth.- Analytical, data-driven mindset with an ability to link actions to business outcomes.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, startup-style environment.Why Join Us:- Lead the growth charter of a fast-scaling SaaS product redefining how brands collaborate online.- Competitive compensation with strong performance-linked rewards — your impact directly drives your upside.- Opportunity for long-term value creation through results-based incentives or ESOPs.- High ownership, autonomy, and direct collaboration with the founding team.- A dynamic, product-first culture that blends startup agility with global SaaS ambition.How to Apply:Send your resume and a short note about your most impactful SaaS growth achievement to hr@shipturtle.com
