  • Lead and oversee the overall marketing, branding, and sales strategy for fertiliser products across designated regions.

  • Ensure compliance with fertiliser subsidy policies, licensing, and distribution norms under the Fertiliser Control Order (FCO).
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Ministry of Agriculture, state nodal agencies, cooperatives, and institutional buyers.
  • Drive market development initiatives demand generation, farmer outreach programs, and dealer/distributor expansion.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and optimise pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies in coordination with production and logistics teams.
  • Represent the company in industry associations, government meetings, and trade conferences.
  • Lead a team of regional marketing managers, ensuring strong coordination between field operations and head office.
