As a Senior AI Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying predictive models to power skill assessment and job matching, as well as building and maintaining robust data models and schemas for large-scale datasets.The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on machine learning, predictive modeling, and data analytics. You'll also need advanced proficiency in Python and core libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy), experience with GCP BigData tools such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataproc, and knowledge of multi-cloud environments and deployment strategies.In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to advance our AI-powered platform and drive business outcomes.
