Chief Financial Operations OfficerWe are seeking a highly skilled finance leader to oversee comprehensive financial operations, ensure tax compliance and provide strategic insights for business growth. This role demands expertise in taxation policies, including IRS guidelines, deductions, credits and filings.Main Responsibilities:Manage the preparation of accurate financial statements under US GAAP, conduct variance analysis and deliver regular reports to leadership.Lead tax strategy, planning, compliance and filings for federal, state and sales/use taxes; optimize liabilities through credits, deductions and transfer pricing while mitigating audit risks.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, internal/external audits and internal controls; identify cost savings and process improvements.Supervise accounting operations using ERP systems like NetSuite or QuickBooks.Collaborate with executives on M&A due diligence, financial modeling and strategic advisory.Required Skills and Qualifications:Expert knowledge of US taxation policies and IRS guidelines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or QuickBooks.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
