**Senior Accountant Opportunity**At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to play a pivotal role in preparing monthly management accounts for multiple properties.The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of financial accounting and experience in the property and real estate sector.Responsibilities include:Preparing and reviewing the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance SheetCollaborating with Finance Managers and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and consistencyAnalyzing financial results and variances, providing detailed explanations and addressing queriesAdditional responsibilities include:Preparation and review of VAT returns for properties in compliance with local tax regulationsSupporting the financial management of a portfolio of properties, including a new fund with four properties and a Spanish propertyRequirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experienceIntermediate Spanish proficiency (reading and writing)Strong understanding of accounting principles, P&L, Balance Sheets, and VAT returnsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
