Senior Director of Financial Operations

Chief Financial OfficerWe are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead our organization’s financial management and planning efforts.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of success in managing financial operations, analyzing financial data, and making informed business decisions.Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial plans and strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices and other financial obligations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and vendors.Requirements:Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.Minimum 15 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
