They will oversee the integration of sustainability into all aspects of operations, ensuring alignment with international best practices.Develop and execute a sustainability framework that sets ambitious goals and objectives for reducing the organization's environmental footprint.Lead initiatives related to operational efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, responsible procurement, and waste minimization.Oversee ESG reporting, including disclosures, materiality assessments, and alignment with global standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.Provide expertise for sustainability-focused training programs and certifications.Collaborate with academic partners, faculty experts, and industry bodies to integrate best practices into course design.Monitor evolving regulations, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks to guide strategic decisions.Manage internal awareness and culture-building initiatives.Build partnerships with sustainability organizations, regulatory authorities, and professional associations.Track key metrics, prepare reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, ESG, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG strategy, or corporate responsibility roles.Strong knowledge of global sustainability standards and reporting frameworks.Proven track record in designing and implementing sustainability programs.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.Passion for sustainability education and industry transformation.
