Role Overview As part of the Founder’s Office, you’ll work directly with Amarpreet (Founder & CEO) on high-impact strategic projects that shape Good Monk’s growth. You’ll operate as a problem solver, project manager, and business generalist across strategy, analytics, brand growth, operations, and investor relations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving business problems end-to-end, and wants to experience the 0–1 and 1–10 phases of building a category-defining D2 C brand. Key Responsibilities • Drive strategic projects from problem definition to on-ground execution (across growth, brand, operations, or new categories). • Build and maintain founder dashboards, business scorecards, and decision-support models for growth, profitability, and key KPIs. • Collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product to ensure project outcomes are delivered. • Support in investor presentations, board reviews, and fundraising decks with crisp storytelling and strong analytical backing. • Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight deep dives for upcoming launches. • Partner with founder on special projects — from new product rollouts to new business partnerships or org-building initiatives. • Drive operational excellence by implementing frameworks, process improvements, and playbooks. What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Founder’s Office roles. • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills. • Proficient in Excel / Sheets, Power Point / Slides, and dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Tableau). • Ability to handle multiple workstreams, with a bias for action and outcomes. • Strong business curiosity — can connect numbers, brand, and consumer insights. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led, high-ownership environment.
