Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at ZealLuxe Technologies dedicated to Fixee app. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Sales Strategy Development, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management skills
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive app downloads, service adoption, and revenue growth
Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and service partners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and promotional efforts
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Experience in mobile apps, tech, or service-based industries would be highly relevant.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage/build a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to change.
Two-wheeler to travel across the city is must.
