The HR-Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of individuals, teams, and business processes to drive organizational success. This role involves, appraisal management, analyzing performance data, setting KRA, structuring performance evaluation methods, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics across teams or departments. Identify trends, areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency.
  • Goal Setting & Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to establish clear performance goals and KPIs. Develop strategies and initiatives to achieve these goals and improve overall performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Design and implement performance improvement programs based on data-driven insights. Recommend and lead change initiatives to optimize workflows, processes, and team dynamics.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, achievements, and areas needing attention. Present findings to senior management and propose corrective actions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, HR, and operations to align performance goals with company-wide initiatives.
  • Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and work with HR to develop and implement training programs to improve team performance.
  • Employee Engagement: Monitor employee performance and satisfaction, offering support to enhance motivation, productivity, and retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage sales, marketing, and operational data to develop insights and refine performance strategies. Utilize tools such as analytics software to track and visualize performance.
  • Social Media and Branding Performance: Oversee the impact of social media and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that online presence and engagement align with performance goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field or a related discipline is preferred.


Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in performance management, business development, HR policies or a similar role, with at least 3-4 years supporting senior management.
  • Proven track record in analyzing and optimizing business performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and achieving organizational goals.


CTC criteria:

  • 8-10 LPA


Skills:

  • Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, sales, HR and administration.
  • Proficiency in performance management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong foundation in sales, marketing, and employee development.
