Compliance and Documentation: • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal data. • Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices. HR Policy Implementation: • Update and implement HR policies as per organizational requirements. • Ensure employees understand and adhere to company policies and guidelines. Payroll and Benefits: • Collaborate with the finance team to manage payroll processes. • Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
