Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate

screening, and conducting interviews.

• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires and ensure compliance

with company policies.

Employee Engagement: • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive and

productive work environment.

• Address employee grievances and provide necessary support to maintain

high morale.

Performance Management:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal

systems.

• Provide regular feedback to employees and support managers in addressing

performance issues.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and

personal data.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices.

Training and Development:

• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee

capabilities.

• Support career development initiatives to align employee goals with

organizational objectives.

HR Policy Implementation:

• Update and implement HR policies as per organizational requirements.

• Ensure employees understand and adhere to company policies and

guidelines.

Payroll and Benefits:

• Collaborate with the finance team to manage payroll processes.

• Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in HR software and tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
