The Director of Human Resources will lead the talent management function within the Human Resources department, focusing on strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement. This senior-level role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in HR strategy and execution, capable of driving change and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to align with organizational goals.
  • Lead change management efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and implement leadership development and executive coaching programs.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion programs to build a supportive workplace culture.
  • Manage performance management systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decision making and improve HR processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and resolve conflicts.
  • Lead employee relations management and succession planning initiatives.


 Qualifications

 Essential:

  •  6-15 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management.
  •  Advanced skills in strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
  •  Proven expertise in change management and employee engagement strategies.
  •  Strong leadership and executive coaching capabilities.
  •  In-depth knowledge of labor law and compliance.
  •  Experience in diversity and inclusion program implementation.

 Desirable:

  •  Experience with employer branding and enhancing company reputation.
  •  Proficiency in HRIS systems and leveraging technology for HR processes.
  •  Background in compensation and benefits management.
  •  Skills in risk management and mitigation strategies.
