Role Overview: 

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing accounts. 

- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. 

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. 

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. 

- Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and ensure client retention. 

- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. 


Qualifications: 

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role. 

- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. 

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
