Manager - Operation Finance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Operation Finance, Business Planning, and Reporting:


  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and Capex plans; track and audit budgets versus actuals.
  • Support hotel operations teams with accounting practices and routine financial activities.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives, including new developments and IT support.
  • Provide support for various projects and new hotel openings.
  • Ensure the establishment and implementation of internal control systems in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on system implementation and efficiency monitoring.


Strategic Initiatives:


  • Prepare, supervise, and review hotel performance reports and corporate dashboards for management.
  • Conduct detailed analyses and create presentations to support senior management decision-making.
  • Drive the annual financial planning process and continuously monitor actual performance against budget targets.


JOB REQUIREMENT/ HIRING PROFILE:


Qualifications:


  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from a leading institution.


Competencies & Skills:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a reputable organization.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and hospitality IT systems.
  • Ability to effectively summarize and communicate critical insights to senior management.
  • Strong coordination skills, capable of working across functions and levels within the organization.
