Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and distribute daily Workflow among the team members
  • Managing team of Invoice process
  • Ensure SLA, TATs, & KPI's are met
  • Exception Handling & Escalation Resolution
  • Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Escalate critical issues to management or stakeholders appropriately.
  • Ensure all AP processes comply with internal control and audit requirements.
  • Assist in internal/external audits with necessary documentation.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Motivation and Engagement
  • Experienced and should be able to articulate with stakeholders
  • Process improvement
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and speed
  • Drive Automation

Must haves:

  • Work experience more than 4years along with team handling experience
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Office.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion would be an added advantage

Qualifications:

  • B.com (M.com/MBA Preferred)
