Location: Noida Job Description: Objective: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the IT sector, specifically in the areas of laptop renting and networking solutions. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze customer needs and preferences in the laptop renting and networking domain. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to acquire new clients. Build a strong pipeline of potential opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Work closely with the technical team to align proposals with client requirements. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts. Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met in client agreements. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to achieve overall business objectives. Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to improve service offerings. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of 4-5 years in business development within the IT sector. Strong understanding of laptop renting and networking solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Additional Skills: Familiarity with IT industry trends and emerging technologies. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
