About the Role

Brad Technology is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive who can take ownership of generating business opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to directly contribute to business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle: from pitching and negotiations to deal closure.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client goals and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development (digital marketing agency experience is highly preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  • Solid negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.) is an added advantage.
