Job Title: People & Culture Specialist The role of the People & Culture Specialist is to drive a high-touch onboarding and offboarding experience for employees, ensuring they feel supported throughout their lifecycle. This involves managing employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates in HR tools, as well as executing internal policy around company asset and data management. Key responsibilities include driving employee engagement, recognition, and culture programmes, answering employee queries and needs, and assisting in fostering a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement. Additionally, the People & Culture Specialist will assist in continuously improving how the company uses HR tools to automate routine, repetitive tasks, manage payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows. Ultimately, this role requires a high level of ownership, integrity, and a learning mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences and driving business growth. Requirements:4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist / people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companiesExperience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and complianceA track record of executing engagement or culture programmes with measurable impactHigh proficiency in people analytics - spreadsheets, dashboards, and data-driven storytellingBachelor's in HR / Business / Psychology; MBA or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus Bonus Points:Hands-on with Global HRMS and Payroll Platforms (Multiplier, Deel, Remote, HiBoB, Workday, etc), Rewards/Recognition (Bonusly, Kudos, WorkTango, etc) or similar toolsExperience organising large-scale culture initiatives in a remote environmentExposure to global payroll, EOR models, or remote-first workforces Why Join Us?Fully Remote – work from anywhereBig Impact – a lean team where your work visibly shapes our futureLots of Learning – we're scaling fast, and you'll grow with usPeople & Culture – join an open, supportive, globally diverse communityGreat Benefits – tailored for professional growth, productivity, health, and wealth
