Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Nagpur division for a Back Office Employee. The role involves performing various administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, handling data entry, and supporting daily operations. Additionally, the employee will provide support to the finance and customer service teams to ensure a seamless workflow and assist with other office-related activities as required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and handling data-related tasks
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Finance and related processes
  • Basic understanding or experience in Sales is advantageous
  • Proficient in using office software and tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience in back office or financial operations is a plus
