Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive with strong coordination skills and basic Excel knowledge. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling back-office operations, data management, and routine administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operations efficiently.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation.
  • Work on MS Excel for basic data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering, and preparing simple reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Manage emails, follow-ups, and scheduling tasks as required.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and operational summaries.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data and documents.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in back-office or administrative roles.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, V-lookup added advantage).
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Organised, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks.
