Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive with strong coordination skills and basic Excel knowledge. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling back-office operations, data management, and routine administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day back-office operations efficiently.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation.
- Work on MS Excel for basic data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering, and preparing simple reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Manage emails, follow-ups, and scheduling tasks as required.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and operational summaries.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data and documents.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in back-office or administrative roles.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, V-lookup added advantage).
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Organised, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks.
