Develop and execute offboarding procedures to minimize disruptions.Culture Development & EngagementOrganize engagement, recognition, and culture programs that foster a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement. Design and implement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and retention.HR Operations & ComplianceManage employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates efficiently. Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational workflows. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
