Employee Experience Coordinator
to support core HR operations, communication, and experience management.
Role Overview
The
Employee Experience Coordinator
will assist in day-to-day HR operations and coordination activities while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, interns, and HR community members. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals looking to build hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Coordination
- Support onboarding, documentation, and HR process execution
- Maintain employee/candidate records, trackers, and HR databases
- Assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination activities
Communication & Experience Support
- Communicate updates, reminders, and instructions via email and WhatsApp
- Respond to basic HR queries in a professional and timely manner
- Support engagement initiatives, HR sessions, and virtual events
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
Cross-Team Support
- Coordinate with HR, operations, and community teams
- Assist in improving HR workflows and experience touchpoints
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic documentation tools
- Interest in building a career in Human Resources
