ZONAL COORDINATOR - PROGRAMS

Position: Zonal Coordinator

Job Summary: The Zonal Coordinator will oversee educational and career development programs across centers in their designated zone. Responsibilities include academic management, student performance tracking, program implementation, and community engagement. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.

Key Responsibilities Academic Management

  • Plan and manage syllabi for programs like R&T, Footpathshala, and SDC.
  • Monitor student and center performance, preparing quarterly reports.
  • Develop and implement extracurricular activities and assessments.
  • Conduct community and parent engagement activities.
  • Organize events like Balsabha, Spardha, and sports activities.

Career Support Management

  • Manage scholarship programs and oversee U Mitra Fellowship.
  • Provide career counseling and facilitate vocational training.
  • Coordinate with sponsors for student support.

Program Management

  • Track program metrics using MIS and conduct impact assessments.
  • Manage program data, audits, and ensure SOP compliance.
  • Establish partnerships and collaborate with external stakeholders.
  • Oversee volunteer onboarding and management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
