**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Planning, directing and overseeing the operational policies of the organization’s respective zones keeping in mind the rules, initiatives, and goals. Helps organization execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing vision, management, and leadership. He will be responsible for the operations of the entire.

The Zonal Coordinator (ZC) will be a key member reporting only to the Regional Coordinator and working in close proximity with the Zonal Director and the Zonal Secretary Operations. You’ll have to acquire the basic working of the organization, taking care of its diverse operations, so we expect you to be an efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, and exemplary work ethics, that will be an added advantage. The goal of the ZC’s position is to secure the functionality of our organization to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal

schemes, and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.

2. Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization

and the individual.

3. Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.

4. Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budget.

5. Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development program.

6. Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees.

7. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with

managers.

8. Devise individual learning plans.

9. Conduct appraisals.

10. Produce training materials for in-house courses.

11. Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning.

12. Manage the delivery of training and development programs.

13. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.

14. Evaluate training and development programs.

15. Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work

environment.

16. Help line trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.

17. Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings

and attending relevant courses.

18. Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.

19. Collaborate with teams to develop and implement an effective marketing and communications

strategy based on our target audience.

20. Write, edit, and distribute marketing and branding content, including publications, press

releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that

communicates the organization's activities, and/or services.

21. Respond to media inquiries and arrange interviews.

22. Establish and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders, and maintain a

database.

23. Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and keep track of industry

requirements and trends.

24. Manage, strategize and update digital media presence.

25. Manage conflict as it arises and escalate to management.

26. Plan and organize events and promotional campaigns.

27. Prepare and maintain range of records and documents, presentations, reports and proposals.

**PREREQUISITES**:
**1. **Graduation in any field and minimum 6 months of prior experience in education or social work filed or graduation in Social work or Teaching field.

**2. **Able to work creatively and analytically in a challenging environment.

**3. **Strict with the deadlines.

**4. **Good communication skills.

**5. **Must be able to handle work pressure.
