Job TitleResults-Driven User Acquisition Strategist for Mobile GamesWe are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Strategist to join our team and drive growth through paid social advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Snap.About the RoleThis is a dynamic role where you will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of all paid social initiatives designed to acquire high-value players and scale our portfolio profitably.​​Own the development and implementation of comprehensive paid social strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.​​Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snap to drive scalable, high-quality user acquisition.​​Manage AEO, VO, and MAI campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, retention metrics, and LTV-based optimization.​​Execute data-driven bidding, budgeting, and audience strategies to hit performance goals and reduce acquisition cost.Creative Testing & CollaborationYou will work closely with creative teams to brief concepts, manage production cycles, and ensure constant delivery of performance-ready creatives.​​Build and run structured creative testing frameworks — including hypothesis creation, test setup, learning agendas, and iteration cycles.​​Analyze creative results to identify winning themes, hooks, and gameplay elements that drive conversions.Analytics & Performance ManagementMonitor and analyze daily performance metrics, diagnosing fluctuations and identifying optimization opportunities.​​Build dashboards and reports to communicate trends, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.​​Leverage MMP platforms such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Singular to ensure accurate attribution and post-iOS14+ data interpretation.QualificationsKey qualifications include:2+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns for mobile apps or mobile games, specifically on Meta, TikTok, and Snap.Proven success managing AEO (App Event Optimization), VO (Value Optimization), and MAI (Mobile App Install) campaigns.Experience driving performance for ROAS-based campaigns, including optimizing toward D1/D3/D7 return and LTV.Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks — hypothesis building, setting up structured tests, reading results, and iterating.Ability to manage creative production cycles and partner closely with creative teams to improve performance.Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, bid strategies, budget allocation, and scaling mechanics across paid social channels.Comfortable analyzing campaign data, creating performance dashboards, and making data-driven decisions.Familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) and paid social platform attribution.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple channels and tests simultaneously.Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.BenefitsAs a member of our team, you can expect:Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects.
