About the RoleAt Awign, we serve global customers across the rapidly growing industries of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, deploying thousands of specialist and generalist talent across India and the world. We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Success Specialist to manage and grow our global client accounts. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers across geographies—ensuring smooth onboarding, consistent engagement, and measurable business outcomes.You’ll work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and product) to make sure our clients not only stay but thrive with us.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to own global customer relationships, work across time zones, and grow into a Global Account Manager role.What You’ll DoOwn client relationships across multiple global accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.Understand client goals and align our solutions to help them achieve measurable business outcomes.Coordinate internally with operations, product, and sales teams to resolve client issues and deliver seamless service.Track account health, monitor usage data, and proactively address risks.Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales to drive renewals and expansions.Lead QBRs/check-ins with global clients to showcase impact and gather feedback.Maintain and document key account activities and insights.What We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles (preferably B2B or SaaS).Comfort working across multiple time zones and cultures.Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage global stakeholders.Strong ownership mindset — proactive, structured, and dependable.Analytical thinking — able to interpret data and turn insights into action.Bonus: Experience running client communications over Slack channels and automating reporting.Why Join UsWork directly with global clients in the fast-growing space of Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and Robotics.Opportunity to grow into a Global Account Manager role within 12–18 months.Fast-paced, high-ownership environment with direct exposure to leadership.
