Job Role & Responsibilities:


  • The primary responsibility is to increase sales and achieve primary & secondary sales targets as per the AOP.
  • Selling products like Inverter Batteries, e-rickshaw batteries. SMF within the area of work.
  • Prepare sales plan and acquire new dealers for Inverter, SMF, Solar, and E-rickshaw batteries in the region.
  • Prepare a business plan, sales forecast, and marketing activity plan for the region
  • Be a contributor and execute & effectively implement the business and marketing plan in the region.
  • Managing Customer relationships and increasing sales through customer referrals.


Experience & Skills:


  • A minimum of 3 years up to 15 years of experience in B2B sales is desired.
  • A proven track record in sales is a must for the job role.
  • The candidate should have a solid knowledge of Inverters, Batteries, SMF, Solar Batteries and E-Rickshaw Battery markets.


Educational Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, MBA in Marketing.
