Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Allied Boston in Noida. The role involves managing day-to-day digital marketing activities, including communication strategies, social media marketing, web content writing, and web analytics. The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives to meet business objectives.
Essential Qualifications
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or related field, 6 months-3years.
- Good knowledge of social media, SEO, PPC advertising, and email marketing.
- Digital marketing tool proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Creative thinking with exceptional communication and content creation capabilities.
- The individual should be aware of the latest trends in digital marketing, such as AI in marketing, video content, and personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) in the service of brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Develop and execute social media strategies with an eye on trends-User generated content, Micro-influencer partnerships, video content.
SEO & Content Marketing:
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize web content and blogs to drive organic reach.
- Sites monitoring and analysis for performance to create contents informed by existing search trends and user-behavior insights using Google Analytics and SEMrush
Email Marketing & Automation
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and increase engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and assess campaign performance, report on the results, and suggest areas for improvement based on lessons learned.
- Develop a weekly and month-to-month analysis of KPIs including engagement rates, conversion rates, and audience growth that will be used to inform future strategy.
