Job Title: Manager – Accounts and Finance
Location: Noida
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Telly and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial support and analysis for decision-making purposes.
- Assist with external audits and tax filings, providing documentation and support as required.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices and recommend updates to policies and procedures as needed.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
