Roles and Responsibilities :1.Product Planning & Menu DevelopmentDesign and update a wide range of bakery products (e.g., breads, pastries, muffins, cookies, croissants, cakes).Innovate seasonal or themed items (e.g., movie-themed cupcakes for a cinema).Ensure product consistency, flavour profile, and visual appeal.Baking & PreparationSupervise and participate in baking processes including mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, baking, and decorating.Ensure proper temperature, timing, and method are followed for each item.Implement standard recipes while allowing for innovation where applicable.Quality ControlConduct regular taste and presentation checks.Monitor freshness of all baked goods.Maintain high standards of food safety and quality.Inventory & ProcurementManage inventory of baking ingredients (flour, butter, chocolate, yeast, etc.).Forecast demand and place orders accordingly.Minimise waste and track usage of raw materials.Team Supervision & TrainingLead a team of junior bakers, assistants, or pastry cooks.Train team members on recipes, baking techniques, and hygiene standards.Assign tasks and ensure timely execution of baking schedules.Hygiene, Safety & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with FSSAI or local food safety regulations.Monitor cleanliness of the bakery equipment and workspace.Enforce proper handling and storage of ingredients.QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Bakery & Patisserie / Hotel Management5–10 years of experience in commercial baking, with at least 2–3 years in a leadershipMALE CANDIDATES ONLYCONTACT : , Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
