Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality continental dishes, following recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Prepare and organize ingredients, such as chopping, slicing, and marinating, as required.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and restock kitchen inventory as directed by the chef.
- Safely and properly use and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Manage waste efficiently and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in a hotel or restaurant specializing in continental cuisine is a plus.
- Culinary certification or diploma from a recognized institution is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interest in continental cuisine and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development.

Salary & Benefits
