About the Role: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B Saas sales, relationship management, and a passion for driving business success. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and improve conversion rates.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.Prepare and present reports on business development activities and sales performance. Key Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.Strong understanding of B2B Saas sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
