Job Description:We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Bangalore location. Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit goals, with a focus on expanding market share, both locally in Bangalore.Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust the sales strategy and product offerings accordingly.Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets, and regularly report on progress and performance against these targets.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and analyses to the senior management team, offering insights into performance, opportunities, and challenges.Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key accounts, distribution partners, and other stakeholders to secure advantageous terms and agreements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven track record in a sales management role,With a minimum 2-5 years of experience in the stationery products industry.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the stationery industry.
