Drive growth and success as a Senior Sales Development Team Leader.Candidates should possess 3-7+ years of experience managing SDR teams in B2B software companies in the US market.The ideal candidate will be a skilled builder and coach who can establish the foundation, hire top talent, develop playbooks, and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings for account executives.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Building & LeadershipHire the first cohort of sales development representatives and scale the team as needed to meet pipeline demands.Develop comprehensive onboarding, training, quality assurance, call review, and coaching processes.Foster a high-performing, data-driven sales development culture.Outbound Strategy & ExecutionDevelop targeted outbound playbooks tailored to staffing leaders, talent acquisition leaders, procurement/MSP buyers, and enterprise HR professionals.Own sales scripts, sequences, objection handling, and persona-specific messaging strategies.Deploy go-to-market experiments across email, phone, and SMS channels.Pipeline OwnershipEstablish and manage monthly sales qualified lead and meeting quotas for the sales development team.Ensure the team delivers predictable pipeline for account executives.Partner closely with marketing to refine lead quality, target ideal customer profiles, and optimize inbound qualification.Tools & ProcessesOwn HubSpot CRM processes, lead routing, automation, and sales development dashboards.Manage tools such as Apollo, HubSpot sequences, Salesforce Navigator, phone dialers, etc.Build a quality assurance and analytics process around sales development activity vs. outcomes.CollaborationWork closely with account executives to ensure seamless handoffs and adhere to service level agreements.Provide structured feedback to marketing for messaging iteration and ideal customer profile refinement.Align with leadership on territory plans, sequencing strategies, and pipeline forecasting.
