Backed by Marsshot.vc, Bluelotus.vc, and 50+ angel investors, we are a mission-driven, growth-stage startup building the future of business communication.Now, we’re scaling our brand presence through strategic events and experiences — and we’re looking for a passionate Event Operations Manager to lead the way.The OpportunityBe the driving force behind AiSensy’s presence at industry events, conferences, and activations.Get hands-on ownership of end-to-end event operations, from strategy to execution.Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams to amplify AiSensy’s brand and revenue impact.Work in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup where your ideas and execution make a visible difference.ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & Planning: Own the planning and execution of AiSensy’s participation in industry events, conferences, webinars, and brand activations.Sponsorship Management: Identify, secure, and manage sponsorship opportunities to maximize visibility and ROI.Ticketing & Registrations: Oversee ticketing platforms, manage attendee pipelines, and deliver seamless registration and check-in experiences.Marketing & Promotions: Partner with the marketing team to design and run event campaigns (WhatsApp campaigns, digital promotions, influencer collaborations, etc.).Branding: Ensure powerful onsite and offsite branding that reinforces AiSensy’s position as a category leader.Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with venues, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Budget & Reporting: Plan and manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and deliver post-event performance reports with insights for improvement.Onsite Leadership: Manage ground-level operations, staffing, hospitality, and troubleshooting for flawless event execution.Qualifications3–7 years of experience in event operations/management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment.Proven track record of end-to-end event execution, sponsorships, and ticketing.Strong vendor management, negotiation, and multitasking skills.Familiarity with event tools, ticketing platforms, and marketing automation.Creative mindset with a sharp eye for branding and audience engagement.Willingness to travel and manage both onsite and offsite events.Why Join AiSensy?Play a pivotal role in building AiSensy’s brand presence through high-impact events.Work in a dynamic, supportive startup culture that encourages ownership and innovation.Collaborate with top industry stakeholders and directly contribute to business growth.Shape the future of customer engagement on WhatsApp by amplifying our story on the right stages.👉 Ready to create unforgettable brand experiences and drive impact at scale?
