Job Title: Organic Certification( NPOP/NOP) Business Development HeadAbout the Role:We are seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Manager to lead our organic certification services business.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Business Development:Develop and execute a sales strategy for organic certification services, identifying new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns, driving revenue growth and market penetration.Client Engagement:Engage with potential clients, providing expert advice on organic certification requirements and benefits, conducting presentations, webinars, and on-site consultations.Guide clients through the certification process, offering technical support related to NPOP and NOP certification processes.Sales Target Achievement:Meet or exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, tracking sales performance and reporting progress.Relationship Management:Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, addressing concerns and issues throughout the certification process.Act as a liaison between the certification body and clients, enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.Market Intelligence:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to the management team on market needs and customer requirements.Collaboration & Team Support:Work closely with the technical certification team, collaborating with other departments to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.About You:You have experience in business development and sales strategy, preferably in the organic certification industry.You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.You are a strategic thinker, able to develop and execute effective sales strategies and drive business growth.
