Summary:We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Specialist to join our Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) team. This position is based in Pune / Bangalore, India and will be offered in a hybrid work model. The role provides flexibility to balance in-office collaboration with remote working, enabling employees to contribute effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.The ideal candidate will be involved in designing, Implementing and Overseeing our integrated ELM Solutions using Client' ELM products. A track record of approaching challenges innovatively along with strong interpersonal skills are also critical success factors for this role. Candidates must be able to "get in the trenches" to work collaboratively with colleagues in a matrixed environment to drive all aspects of this activity.Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and propose integrated ELM solutions covering customer processes, ensuring strategic alignment and technical feasibilityCollect, formalize, and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical and functional specifications for ELM systemsDesign system architecture addressing data management, process automation, integration with systems like PLM/ERP/MES, and scalability for future requirementsOversee implementation phases, including stakeholder communication, technical governance, risk mitigation, and delivery to the business roadmapQualifications:-4 to 7 Years of Experience in PLM / ERP Implementation and Solution ArchitecturePost Graduation or Graduation in computer science or mechanical engineeringTechnical/Functional Competencies:-At least 4 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, technical consultant, or in similar roles, ideally in an enterprise software implementation environmentGood understanding of Engineering Process and Workflows in typical manufacturing companiesHands-on consulting experience with PLM / ERP or an enterprise software implementation, integration, and roll outStrong English skills, written and spoken. Proven ability to communicate with a range of people of different technical and experience levels and the ability to be self-directed as well as to work in a teamGeneral knowledge and experience in distributed collaborative multi-tiered enterprise applicationsExperience on following technologies is expected:Web application development technologies like Java, JS, spring boot, Perl, XML, XSLTStorage infrastructure like SAN / NAS / NFS etc.Authentication and email systems – LDAP / SMTPRelational database – Oracle, Postgres etc.Cloud technologiesArtificial Intelligence and Machine LearningOperating Systems – Linux and WindowsProduction use of Git, GitLab, GitHub or Azure DevOpsGood understanding of process related software tools like Jira, Confluence etc.Familiarity with CAE process and tools will be an advantageUnderstanding of High-Performance Computing and queuing systems like SLURMStrong problem-solving skillsWilling to travel at least 50% of the time
