EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
❖ Execute sales strategies to drive growth in the FMCG and food ingredients segments.❖ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including manufacturers, distributors,and B2B partners.❖ Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the food ingredients market.❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to develop andpromote new products.❖ Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to informsales strategies.❖ Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.❖ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.❖ Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s productportfolio.
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements:
❖ Bachelor’s degree in any stream or a related field❖ 3+ years of sales experience, specifically in FMCG and food ingredients.❖ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.❖ Strong knowledge of the food ingredients market, including key players and market dynamics.❖ Experience managing sales teams and building client relationships.❖ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.❖ Ability to travel frequently for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
Additional Requirements❖ Strong understanding of the FMCG supply chain and distribution networks.❖ Experience in both B2B sales environments.❖ Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.❖ Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term business development.
