We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Desktop Support Specialist.Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and have excellent communication skills. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users with day-to-day application issues.Remote Desktop Management: Assist users with troubleshooting various OS platforms.Application Deployment: Experience with deploying applications using tools such as SCCM or Altiris.Printer Management: Understanding of printer troubleshooting.Antivirus Management: Knowledge of antivirus policies, remediation, and vendor management.VPN Administration: Strong understanding of VPN concepts and troubleshooting.Patching Concept & Deployment Tools: Experience with patch management and deployment tools.Scripting Knowledge: Powershell Scripts, Vbscripts, Batch Script understanding.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to think independently and resolve issues efficiently.
