Technical Support RoleYou will collaborate closely with the Client Success team to provide Tier-2 technical support for software issues. Additionally, you will work with the Engineering team to debug and resolve these issues.Provide technical assistance to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team.Assist the QA lead in QA activities.Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.Interact with internal and external customers to efficiently identify their problems.Propose workarounds to customers when a fix is not readily available.Offer timely and accurate customer feedback.Follow up with clients to ensure their problems are resolved.Support the rollout of new applications.Provide support through procedural documentation.Manage multiple cases simultaneously.Test and evaluate new releases.Propose innovative ideas and out-of-the-box solutions for a seamless operational process.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.Work within US hours (9 am to 6 pm central time).3 to 5 years of experience with tech support for a web-based business application with a mobile interface.Working knowledge of Linux, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, AWS.Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs.Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.Experience in ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, etc.Experience in texting and communication-based applications is a plus.Certifications in Linux, Java, Web development, AWS are desirable but not required.Experience in using AI tools for day-to-day tasks.A development mindset to quickly scale into a developer with minimal training.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Good written and verbal communication.
