Role OverviewAs the Corporate Event Sales Manager, you will lead sales and business development efforts for corporate events divisions. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing relationships, creating customized event proposals, and ensuring successful execution in partnership with operations. You will also help define sales strategies, meet revenue targets, and act as a brand ambassador for Chillax Holiday.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients (companies, institutions, NGOs, etc.) for MICE / corporate events.Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients; ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Lead the full sales cycle: from lead generation → proposal/pitch → negotiation → closing deals.Prepare and deliver effective business presentations and customized event proposals.Understand client requirements, craft event themes/plans, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors (venues, catering, decor, AV, transport, etc.).Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, vendor onboarding, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of events.Track and manage a sales pipeline (funnel), forecast revenue, and regularly report performance.Negotiate contracts and agreements with hotels, vendors, venues for best terms and cost efficiencies.Monitor market / industry trends, competitor behavior; propose strategic initiatives to stay competitive.Attend client meetings, site inspections, trade shows or expos if needed.Oversee client feedback, post‑event evaluation, and ensure continuous improvement.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.3‑7 years of experience in event sales / business development / corporate events / MICE domain. Prior experience in travel/hospitality is a plus. Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple events/projects simultaneously.Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and event‑management software.Good network of corporates / understanding of the decision‑makers in companies (HR, Admin, Procurement etc.).Attention to detail, strong organizational skills.Willingness to travel locally / visit client sites or venues.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + commission/incentive structure tied to sales targets.Growth opportunities within the corporate events / MICE vertical.Exposure to large, diverse projects and clients.Supportive internal teams (operations / logistics / vendors) to enable success.
