Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
  • Generate leads through various channels including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets and objectives.
  • Work with the team to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Customize offerings to address client-specific needs and concerns.
  • Close deals and facilitate the contract signing process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market dynamics.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product/service development.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
