Job Description:As an Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining international mobility and living experiences for students worldwide.You will be responsible for spearheading conversions, engaging with inbound leads, guiding them through the booking process, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. You will also delve into students’ unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations, build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice, maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups, and accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in a CRM system.To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English, strong active listening skills, effective time management and organizational abilities, proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques, familiarity with CRM tools or similar software, and prior experience in telesales or a related field.
