Role: Marketing Automation Specialist Timing: 7PM TO 4AM IST (NIGHT SHIFT) WHAT WILL YOU DO ON DAY 1: Clay.com + Instantly.ai + LinkedHelper2 (or Waalaxy) + Apollo.io + Smartlead.ai + OpenPhone/Instant SDR + GHL Expert Workflow: Data: Clay or Apollo pulls founders/owners filtered by industry, title, location, and keywords (from or Google Maps). Enrichment: Clay auto-enriches with verified emails, phone, URL, company size, and tech stack. Campaign engine: LinkedHelper2 / Waalaxy → Auto-view, connect, and message on (personalized with {{firstName}} and company snippets). Instantly.ai / Smartlead.ai → Sends cold emails from warmed, rotating inboxes. OpenPhone / Kixie / Instant SDR voice AI → Places auto-follow-up calls or drops voicemails once they engage. Smart AI sequencing: Clay triggers cross-channel logic: If message ignored → send personalized email. If email opened twice → schedule AI voice drop. If meeting booked → stop sequence. All synced in one CRM: GoHighLevel or HubSpot to record every touch and hand to your closers automatically. Must Do:AI personalization at scale: use ChatGPT/Clay or Omneky snippets → each first line rewritten from the founder’s website or recent post. Auto-research: Clay’s GPT-enrichment can pull one fact per prospect (e.g., “saw your roofing project in Dallas—looks great”).
