Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project managers, designers, and site teams.
- Drive business growth through client relationship management and new business development.
- Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and processes for operational efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience (for GM) / 5+ years (for AGM) in the interior design, construction, or fit-out industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Business development acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Knowledge of project management tools and interior design processes.
