Role: Senior Delivery Manager
Location: Bangalore

We‘re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of customer projects in our software industry. This role involves coordinating project proposals, managing execution, nurturing client relationships, and upholding established processes. Solid technical acumen, excellent leadership capabilities, and a track record of driving projects to successful completion within defined parameters are essential.

Looking for BFSI domain experience and prior experience of managing larger Banking customers in GCC(Global Capability Center)/ GIC(Global Inhouse Center/Captive environments with excellent people management skills.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work(SOW).
Participate in new Business Development.
Deliver customer projects successfully.
Manage customer expectations and relationship.
Ensure that projects are delivered in line with the company process and methodologies.
Address Customer issues during an engagement in cooperation with the Account Manager/Client Partner.
Make sure that the customer executes their responsibilities on the engagements.
Identify and Manage engagement risks and flag major issues early.
Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling.
Prepare engagement revenue and resource forecasts.
Prepare engagement timesheets and billing information.
Prepare weekly/monthly engagement reports.
Prepare estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully Implement projects; develop the project plan incorporating all project variables.
Business analysis and requirements gathering
Establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs.
Assist in analysing client processes through needs analysis and recommending new business models, workflows, or innovative solutions.
Required experience and skills:
Minimum experience required is 12 -18 years in software industry.
6+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end delivery.
Should have hands on experience in P&L, Gross Margins, Revenue Targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
Exceptional people management, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strong experience of executing projects in Agile Methodology
Should have worked on T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services projects.
