Key Responsibilitie

Excellen
ce:Perform routine and recurring plan administration tasks for defined benefit pension schemes, such as benefit calculations and payment processing, with guidance from our UK -based team membe
rs.Continuously identify areas for improvement in client/member services and communicate suggestions to the Senior Administrator/Team Lead
er.Handle queries and requests using standard letters and procedural referenc
es.Recognize and escalate potential issues and complaints according to established procedur
es.Maintain accuracy in manual calculations and monitor workflow to meet service level objectiv
es.Prioritize and manage your workload effectively, maintaining a schedule of objectiv
es.Embody and uphold our company valu
